Peter investigated public corruption in the San Francisco Unified School District, in particular School Board member Agrippa Richard Cerbatos, Rosario Anaya, and others. Results:

• Cerbatos was illegally voting on school district construction contracts for his own business. Agrippa was forced to resign but didn't face jail time
  

• Rosario Anaya was bulldozing School Superintendant Robert Alioto to promote school district architects Eduardo Escobedo & others. This was in return for her vote to retain Alioto as school district superintendant.
  
• Anaya really lived in Alameda County at 4928 Procter Oakland, Calfiornia, not San Francisco County on Dolores Street where she had to in order to serve on the Board..
  
• Anaya was double billing the School District for "expenses" such as meals at Nieman Marcus, trips to Florida. He also uncovered her alleged Narco banking connections.
  
• Anaya hired Antonio Sorucco to work on on her house in Oakland. Sorucco was a fellow Bolivian from Cocachamba, the "Medellin of Bolovia" aka Cocaine Capitol. Sorucco was an illegal alien who was later arrested in Mexico for cocaine trafficking.
  
• So she could repay a political campaign contributor, Rick Tejada Flores, a fellow Bolivian, Anaya manipulated the illegal firing of Ted Samuel, the competent manager of KALW FM, the SF school district's radio station. Flores was incompetent but nevertheless got the job.
  
  When Anaya was defeated for re-election to the SF School Board, at her final appearance on the board, she made anti-semitic statements about Ted Samuel (Jewish) and his defenders. According to Anaya they were"dirty people." Anaya recently died of breast cancer (2015)
  

• Ben Tom, a State of California employee, was illegally on the San Francisco Unified School Board (i.e., double dipping). Ben Tom got his suspected boy friend a Principalship in the San Francisco Unified School District. The boyfriend's qualification for this position was his Castro street digs. This boyfriend, known as Ben Tom's "szechuan chicken," retired very early from the School District. It is believed he has/had "AIDS."
  

San Francisco County Voter Fraud Investigation:

• Discovered San Francisco Sheriff, Michael Hennesy's, inmate voting registration (thus voting illegally) in SF County.
  
• Hennesey also was responsible for dumping ballot boxes containing voting returns from black districts in San Francisco. The boxes broke open while the ballots floated to shore.

Ferdinand Marcos Ripoff of American Foreign Aid to the Philippines:

Philippine citizens enlisted Peter to do an asset check of Marcos Family investments in the US. However, corrupt Philippine diplomats wanted a piece of the assets findings. Peter's investigation and findings were suppressed.

Consultation, Investigation and Research request by two men: San Francisco Police Animal Control. Officer Mark Hurley and Paul Schwabacker, San Francisco Health Department Environmental Control Officer. Peter was requested to help San Francisco set up its own Animal Control facility. Peter did that. It is now known as San Francisco's Animal Care & Control Agency ("ACC").

Since 1989, San Francisco saves an estimated annual $250,000 that the SF SPCA was getting for increases every year. Per the SF SPCA contract with San Francisco, basic animal control was $1,000,000 a year plus the $100,000-$250,000 increases for work they claimed to be doing but weren't. For example, certain breeds of dogs were previously taken off the street and hauled to the SPCA in cop cars. On the way the dogs would tear apart the back seats of the patrol cars and put the officers at bite risk. The newly created SF Animal Care & Control agreed to pick up the dogs in dedicated vans.

• Verzola e xposed the ripoff of HUD homeless assistance, (i.e., damage and rehab funds) given to Chinese Community Housing. Recipient, "Robert Pitts," was dead. Pitts was head of HUD's Region 9 Offices. Years before 1989 Pitts died in Marin County. He died neither homeless, nor insolvent. There were other mysterious homeless assistance recipients at one particular hotel.
  
• Verzola also exposed the Asian birth certificate scam, where pregnant Asian women traveled to San Francisco and Southern California to deliver their babies. They were hosted in Chinese-run HUD subsidized housing. After these women delivered their babies, bother mothers and babies returned to Asia with an American birth certificate for an "Asian anchor baby."
  
• Verzola exposed the $1 a month house at 1866 Turk in San Francisco. It was owned by the San Francisco Housing Authority. She and her family ran up $500 a month water bills. Mary Helen Rogers, a SF Housing Authority Administrator, rented it. Her salary was over $45,000 a year. In addition, Rogers received many housing benefits and locations. Later, 1866 Turk was busted by the San Francisco Police Department as a drug den and fencing operation.

At the request of a DEA official, and the FBI, Peter Verzola developed a flow chart illustrating real estate racketeering involving HUD Affordable Housing funds, San Francisco City officials, and San Francisco City employees, who set up bogus 50l-c 3 non profits.

Peter attended a secret meeting in Washington. He stayed at the house of a friendly CIA program analyst. The trip was financed in part by the late former SF Mayor, George Christopher. Christopher was San Francisco's last honest, ethical and competent leader. Unlike his succesors, Christopher enjoyed international prestige.

The late Raul Almacen, then a retired attorney, also collected travel funds for Peter from the outraged senior citizens living in the affected HUD housing projects.

• Peter exposed San Francisco media corruption. He found that local San Francisco media people were given parking ticket immunity and exemptions from towing -- in return for unreported public corruption.
  

• Peter exposed corrupt Judge Kevin Vincent Ryan. Verzola found that Ryan used courtroom employees for his political campaign for a judgeship.
  

• Peter also exposed Ryan's political campaign contribution to the SF District Attorney, Terence Hallinan. Hallinan tried cases in Ryan's Court.
