clone), Nancy Pelosi (a controversial Congresswoman), John
Burton (a California State legislator and an investor in the Palladium
Disco - a subsidiary of the S.A.W Entertainment, Ltd and the Bijou
Group), Carole Migden (a San Francisco City Spervisor who voted
to fund Juan Pifarre's organization Mission Economic Development Association
"MEDA"), Michael Hennessy (San Francisco's Sheriff),
and James Harrigan (Hennessy's legal counsel).
-
-

Dreisbach family to defend Nary. Walker failed
to do so.
- June 1997

Nary's application to reduce the illegal and excessive $1 million
bail, James C. Hormel Sr. secretly purchased San Francisco lesbian
activist Judge Ann Bouilane's house on 21st Street in San Francisco.
This was the house Bouilane shared with her (then) lover Angela Bradstreet,
another lesbian activist. Hormel, Bouilane, and Bradstreet susequently
concealed this exchange --- the biggest known
bribe of judge in US history.

information from Congress when he applied for the Ambassadorship
to Luxembourg.

court trial, buys a second house using a "first time buyers"
loan from HUD. The deal was facilitated by the San Francisco Mayor's
office.
-
June
1999: Nary, using his federal military and federal employment
rights, removed Hallinan's illegal case #165558 to the 9th Federal
District Court in San Francisco. JjudgeCharles
Legge denied Nary a Federal public defender and he likewise
denied Nary an evidentiary hearing.
-
July
7, 1999: Nary appealed to the 9th U.S. Court of Appeals (Federal
District Court). Even the senile Federal District Court Judge Charles
Legge admitted the case's jurisdiction was with the Federal Courts.
Federal jurisdiction over the Nary case remains in effect to the
present.
- July 11,
1999: Frank Grimes, the then Director of the California Governor's
Office of Criminal Justice Planning, is sent a letter from Veritas

- August
12,1999: In the California State Apellate Court - Division 1,
Sailor Nary filed an appeal of the illegal San Francisco prosecution.
State Apellate Court judges Strankman, Stein, and Marchiano
denied Nary relief and ignored notification of the violations of Title
32 Code of Federal Regulations, subsection 720.6. Nary filed
an appeal of the State Appellate Court decision with the California
State Supreme Court Justices Ronald
George, Marvin R. Baxter,
Janice Rodgers Brown, Stanley
Mosk, Joyce L. Kennard,
Ming Chin, and Kathryn
Werdegar.
Also
in August of 1999: While trying to serve local San Francisco Judge
Philip Moscone, his courtroom clerk, Elizabeth Monti,
complained to the Federal process server: " Get out of here,
nobody wants this [Nary] case!"
- Early September
1999,
the late Lenard Louie, a corrupt local judge assigned the illegal
prosecution of sailor Steven Nary to San Francisco Judge Kevin Vincent
Ryan. On Monday, September 27, 1999 Ryan was officially put on notice
by his court-appointed defense attorney, Bruce Hotchkiss, that
"District Attorney Hallinan did not have the mandatory and prior
permission to prosecute a federal military person (i.e., US Navy Sailor
Steven Nary).
-
September 27, 1999: Hallinan, Farrell and
Ryan defied the Removal to Federal Court to hold an illegal trial
of a Federal Title 10 military person. Ryan to Nary: "This
(Dept. 21) is a trial court, I'm going to try this case." Around
4:42 PM on that day, Nary's special representative to the Navy witnessed
Wayne Friday (a San Francisco Police Commission Member) and
Jaxon Van Der Beken (a San Francisco Chronicle Newswriter)
enter Ryan's courtroom and openly and illegally communicate with
Ryan regarding the case.
-

Prison by San Francisco Sheriff Hennesey, the 'custodian of
Steve Nary' in Defiance of Habeas Corpus procedure and the federal
rules of procedure. The custodian of a Habeas Corpus petitioner may
not transfer the petitioner, without first coming into federal court,
proving jurisdiction (authority) over the petitioner, and receiving
the mandatory permission of the federal judge for the present custodian
(Hennesey) to transfer the petitioner to a new custodian. Hennessey
defied clearly stated federal law. Filed in Federal Court
- December
7, 1999: A clerk of the San
Francisco Criminal Court released the list of the names of Ryan's
and Hallinan's illegal jurors. This information, in an envelope
with Judge Douglas Munson's name on it, was turned over to Nary's
investigator and legal representative on December 8th, 1999.
-
January
10, 2000: Sheriff Hennesey signed for a certified letter
from the U.S. Navy intended for Sailor Steven Nary - but refused
to give it to Nary and refuses more than four years later to account
for that letter.
-
On
or about March 10, 2000: Navy Administratively Discharged Nary
for misconduct, for failing to respond to the certified letter that
Hennesey signed for, but never returned to the Navy, nor forwarded
to Nary at San Quentin Prison, where Hennesey had secretly and illegally
shipped him in defiance of the federal habeas corpus.
-
December
2000:Nary Filed a Petition for Habeas Corpus, etc in US Supreme
Court. (But must exhaust state court remedies first, as ordered
by 9th federal circuit appellate court. This was not accomplished
until December 2001, when State of California Supreme Court Chief
Justice George refused to throw out Ryan's illegal prosecution of
Nary.
-
August
2001: President George W. Bush is asked to order a Federal investigation
of the San Francisco officials who violated with impuntiy --so far--
Steven Nary's civil rights. Ryan applied to President Bush for a
federal judgeship or US attorney or other federal position). President
Bush/ White House was given, and confirmed receipt of, the concealed
homosexual political and prostitution connections of Kevin V. Ryan
as well as the HUD illegal connections of Ryan to HUD Region 9 official
Art Agnos, (then) Mayor Willie Brown, (then) City
Attorney Louise Renne, (then) District AttorneyTerence
Hallinan, Wayne Friday, Sheriff Michael Hennesey,
State Senator John Burton, Kevin Shelley, Leland
Yee, Mabel Teng, Victor Makras, (then) City Treasurer
Susan Leal, and other corrupt political flotsam.
-
-
September
20, 2001: Kelley Aasen, identified as a US Army Corps of Engineer,
showed up at Ground Zero, the remains of the World Trade Center.
Aasen is believed to be a juror (see juror list)
in the Nary case rigged by Ryan. According to extensive database
checks -- (J) Kelley Aasen is the only (J) Kelley Aasen
in San Francisco County. He also has an unpaid child support lien
recorded in San Francisco County against him by Humboldt County
for $16,000 dating from 1984. This information was recently given
to President Bush.
-
January
2002: Arkansas Congressional Delegation, and other Congressional
members, were requested to support a full Federal civil rights violations
investigation involving Judge Kevin V. Ryan,
Assistant Prosecutor John M. Farrell, Sex Crimes Investigator
Jon Ron Huberman, Former Hallinan employee
Wayne Friday, and Judge Ann Bouilane
regarding the illegal local prosecution of Steve Nary.
-
Feb
28, 2002: A special certified letter requiring Governor Gray
Davis' personal signature and acceptance, was sent to his office
in Sacramento and signed for. Under the Public Records Act &
Freedom of Information Act pursuant to 32 CFR 720.6/ 10 USC 814,
Governor Davis had been formally requested to turn over any credible
documents, which indicate:
-
Hallinan
requested in writing, the permission of Governor's Pete Wilson
and Gray Davis to prosecute Sailor Steven R. Nary
-
That
Wilson and Davis made a written request of Secretary of the
Navy John Dalton, and his successor Richard Danzig,
for their permission in writing (upon their terms laid down
by them) to prosecute Steven R. Nary and to guarantee his return
to Naval control, all expenses paid.
-
Which
state official did Wilson and Davis authorize in writing to
bind the State of California to any agreement with the US Navy
regarding the prosecution of Steven Nary?
-
Was
such an agreement, if it ever existed, done as mandated under
32 CFR 720.6 prior to the Navy's commanding officer
on the spot in Alameda County, Naval Air station, Captain Larry
C. Baucom, Captain of the USS Carl Vinson, turning Nary over
to San Francisco police?
-
May
16 , 2002: The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee received San
Francisco judge Keven Ryan's nomination for U.S. Attorney for Northern
California. (Ryan's earlier application for a federal judgeship
was withdrawn.) Kevin Vincent Ryan was the judge who presided over
the illegal trial of U.S. Navy Sailor Steven Nary in October of
1999.
-
May
30, 2002: Fresno Court transfers the case to the Federal District
Court in San Francisco. Chief Judge, Marilyn Patel, is assigned
the case (# 02-CV-02578). The Docketing Clerk informed Nary's legal
representative that "This case
is going nowhere."
-
June
6 , 2002: Nary again invokes the Federal Whistleblower law to
inform the Inspector General's office, in the U.S. Department of
Justice, of Ryan's unpublicized civil rights violations in this
case.
-
July
16 , 2002: Despite a year of documentation to the White House
and the senators named in this chronology from a variety of reliable
informants, Ryan was secretly sworn in by Judge Marilyn Hall
Patel as US Attorney for Northern California. Concurrently,
Patel still sits on Nary's habeas corpus petition, which Nary (and
competent lawyers, who have examined this 7+ year-old case) contends
justifies immediate vacating of Ryan's illegal sixteen years-to-life
sentence. Ryan and Patel still defy the March 15, 2002 public statement--also
on the web- in which Governor Gray Davis and his precedessor, Gov.
Pete Wilson's executive authority to prosecute the sailor was defied
by Ryan and Hallinan; they also rigged that prosecution
with perjury and open lobbying of Ryan's jury. Both President Bush
and US Attorney Ashcroft had this documentation and declarations
from witnesses; why Ryan was appointed interim US Attorney under
these scandalous circumstances remains a new Watergate-type mystery.
-
- December
2002:
Colonel
Gilberto Osorio, the American Sandanista, Surfaces in The Mission
Cultural Center-- a HUD funded poverty Program in San Francisco
-
December
7 , 2002: These letters were prepared
and sent out to the State Bar of California and the American Bar
Association.
-
March
2003: San Francisco Police Captain David
Robinson was indicted by a San Francisco Criminal Grand
Jury. Robinson is one of several high ranking San Francisco Police
officials accused of impeding the investigation into three off-duty
officers' participation in a street brawl. On March 29, 1996 David
Robinson (in his capacity as a member of the San Francisco Police
Department) was present for the illegal
removal of Steven R. Nary
from his ship the USS Carl Vinson. The cover-up continues to this
day.
-
March
23, 2003: Eighth anniversary of
Juan Jorge Pifarre's homosexual stalking, luring, drugging, and
AIDS/HIV-contaminated suspected rape of (then) 18 year-old Steven
Nary, a U.S. Navy sailor.
-
- July 14,
2003: American Military
Poverty Law Project writes to California's Governor Gray Davis.
- August 8,
2003: According to Adriel Hampton of the
San Francisco Examiner. "Hallinan's taking a bit of heat
over the invites for his campaign kick-off coming this Thursday. Among
listed sponsors of the event are Angela Alioto, Dennis Herrera and
Kevin V. Ryan, no titles listed. The mayoral candidate, city attorney
and U.S. Attorney were not pleased. Ryan sent out a letter making
it clear he wasn't endorsing. Alioto's campaign folks said she's a
friend to Terence but is neutral in the race. The Herrera on Hallinan's
side must be the Muni driver by same name. Bob Henderson of the Hallinan
campaign said the names came of a list of those who've donated money
and he thinks the Kevin Ryan is not the Kevin Ryan."
According to
the proof we have, Kevin Ryan
is THE Kevin Ryan and Ryan did contribute to Hallinan's campaign for
San Francisco District Attorney while Ryan was a San Francisco Criminal
Court judge.
- September
11, 2003: Senators Mike DeWine (R-Ohio) along with co-sponsors
Sens.Charles Schumer (D-New York) and Patrick Leahy ( D-Vermont) proposed
Senate Bill 1301 entitled, "Video Voyeurism
Prevention Act of 2003." Click here
for for relevance to Nary case.
- September
22, 2003: The RECORDER, a local San Francisco commercial legal
news reporting paper, published a news article indicating that Don
Clay, Ryan's second in charge of the US Attorney's office, suddenly
resigned to accept an appointment as a State of California judge.
Clay replaced the late judge Richard Iglehart.
Clay,
like Marla Jensen, also suddenly resigned from Kevin Ryan's office.
Marla Jensen was a highly respected Deputy U.S. Attorney who suddenly
resigned from Ryan's office; reportedly there was a bitter relationship
between Jensen and her boss. She is the daughter of Federal District
Court Judge Lowell Jensen, a prominent Federal jurist known for his
integrity.
