Below: Documentary proof that Ryan contributed to Hallinan's re-election campaign. As noted above, Ryan was a criminal court judge, and Hallinan was the D.A. who argued cases before him.

Victor Makras, a member of the San Francisco County Public Utilities Commission at the time, contributed to Ryan's re-election campaign for San Francisco Judicial Seat 8. (Note: Ryan did not identify himself as a local judge.)

Donna
Sullivan Costello was Judge Ryan's court reporter when she contributed nearly

"Kevin Ryan" an "Attorney," who lived at the same address as Kevin V. Ryan the successful Municipal Court Judge Candidate, also contributed to Mabel Teng's re-election campaign for San Francisco City Supervisor. We note that by the time "Kevin Ryan" had made his $100 contribution to Mabel Teng's campaign on May 23, 1998, Kevin V. Ryan (A/K/A Kevin Ryan, the former Muni Court Judge candidate?) had been sworn in as a Municipal Court Judge for nearly three months. How could Ryan forget that he was a sitting judge? |
