As the volunteer legal representatives of US Navy sailor Steven R. Nary in the ongoing federal litigation now pending before the US Supreme court regarding the vacating of the illegal 16 years to life sentence imposed by then San Francisco Judge, Canadian born Kevin Vincent Ryan, and illegally prosecuted by SF DA Hallinan/ and his assistants Peter Cling and John M. Farrell, concerned citizens, who seek your recall, and some who oppose your recall have asked questions about this case.

Given the irrefutable evidence that Hallinan through Peter Cling forged the executive authority of the California Governor’s office using the title 32 Code of Federal Regulations form DELIVERY”

to successfully and illegally remove US Navy Sailor Steven R. Nary from the USS Carl Vincson,

then to illegally detain the sailor at 850 Bryant for three and a half years without medical care for the broken hand sustained in fighting off unwanted male rape

Denial of access to outside fresh air, sunlight and outside exercise

Denial of access to his assailant’s AIDS/ HIV/ TB/VD AND Hepititis medical records

Burning Pifarre’s corpse on April 1, 1996, and concealing Pifarre’s AID’s status

Interferance in a federal military personnel disciplinary matter

Defying the proper and timely removal to the jurisdiction of the federal court, by conducting a kangaroo court trial using Ryan

Rigging a jury with gays and lesbians as well as two foreign born of questionable legal presence in the US

Concealing Pifarre’s stalking, luring to his house and S & M’s assaults perpetrated on other young military recruits on liberty / leave in San Francisco

Putting the US Navy ,US Marines and Texas on trial as “homophobic!” And attempting to intimidate witnesses, who were asked by the US Navy for information regarding the obstruction and violations perpetrated upon the 18 year old, now 26 year old sailor.

Those citizens especially interested in your recall want to know that GIVEN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THIS STATE’S GOVERNOR, WHAT ARE YOU, IN YOUR CAPACITY AND WITH YOUR EXECUTIVE REPSONSIBILITY TO UPHOLD EVERYONE’S CIVIL RIGHTS, GOING TO DO TO PROSECUTE HALLINAN’S AND THE OTHERS’S MALFEASANCE, AND THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN THE VIOLATIONS OF US NAVY SAILOR STEVEN R. NARY’S CIVIL, HUMAN, DUE PROCESS, EQUAL PROTECTION ETC. RIGHTS? AND THE EIGHT YEARS OF OBSTRUCTION AND COVERUP!

We have already given your office, and in June of 1999, Frank Grimes ( Criminal Justice Office) undisputed and irrefutable documentation of the defiance and violations of title 32 Code of Federal Regulations ss 720.6, the Delivery or Turnover by the Navy of sailors etc. accused of offiense by state authorities etc.. If you need additional documentation, we will provide it.

Enclosed is a copy of one of the verifications from the US Navy ‘s Inspector General’s Office that states” no jurisdiction was granted to Hallinan to prosecute Nary....” Note also that the Judge Advocate of the US Navy wrote that this is a weak case and weak evidence of misconduct etc.(recently released document)
