To date, Pifarre’s medical status is still illegally concealed from the victim and his medical volunteer advisors. On April, 1, 1996,the District Attorney, Terence Halinan and/or the local courts permitted Juan Pifarre’s corpse to be burned, and his ashes dumped into San Francisco Bay instead of being returned to Argentina, his land of citizenship."
