Chronology of the Public Corruption Career of Kevin Shelley:

• 1990-1996 As a San Francisco City Official, and Board of Supervisors President, who was responsible for overseeing millions of dollars of federal poverty funds and grants from the US Department of Housing & Urban Development-Community Block Grant Fund-Shelley ignored the non-eligibility of Juan Pifarre's MEDA, Mission Economic Development Association and Julianne Malveaux's Urban Economic Development Association for federal poverty funds.
• Shelley and other corrupt San Francisco politicians also funded the Mission Mafia, Rosario Anaya and her gang of poverty pimps.
• Defied public notification and HUD auditors notification of the ongoing non accountability for federal Low Income Housing, subsidized Housing, poverty, economic development, conflicts of Church state and AIDS funds overseen by San Francisco City Government
• Illegally Approved continued funding for Gordon Chin, a fellow public official of San Francisco, who privately and illegally operated a maze of mismanaged HUD funded Homeless Hotels, such as the Cambridge aka "Sweetheart Hotel"
• Ignored the public protests and documentation about the slumlord conditions in these HUD subsidized buildings as well as the physical abuse, intimidation and other violations of tenant's rights
• As Board President, Shelley curtailed public comment from five minutes to three minutes at the regular Monday Board of Supervisor's meeting
• Facilitated the employment of political supporters, personal employees, family members at the San Francisco Housing Authority, the worst managed and most corrupt administered public housing department in the America
• Illegally approved federal poverty etc. funds to 501 c-3 groups, which were illegally setup by and operated by San Francisco Board of Supervisors employees to obtain federal poverty and community development funds; Lester Olmstead Rose, Jean Harris,
• Illegally approved federal poverty funds for CUAV a bogus civil rights organization that promotes pedophilia in San Francisco's schools
• Condones arrests by police of homosexuals who prey in public toilets such as the East Bay Bus Terminal
• Ignored vehement public protest of Helen Helfer's Boomerang Housing Project/San Francisco's Love Canal HUD subsidized Housing project built on a hill on top of a toxic dump, with two active streams running underneath. In collaboration with Angela Bradstreet, then chairperson of the San Francisco Board of Permit Appeals, Shelley bulldozed the Boomerang, a Love Canal Housing Project through the San Francisco Board of Supervisor for public funding and San Francisco City construction approval.
• Ignored the publically subsidized real estate racketeering of the promoters of HUD subsidized affordable housing projects, which setup secret limited real estate partnerships. This is important, because the promoters of these projects end up owning them for an investment as low as $100! Helen Helfer invested $100, received and controlled the Boomerang Housing project, which cost ten million dollars.
• Ignored the protests at City Hall by veterans, living in San Francisco's HUD subsidized housing, where the operators physically and mentally abused senior citizens, veterans and their widows
• Ignored the many warnings from Clean Water Experts about the Physical plant and water distribution system deterioration and the illegal diversion of enterprise and maintenance funds from the Hetch Hetchy Dam System
• Voter & Residency Fraud! 1996-When Kevin Shelley ran for a seat in the California State Legislature, according to Thelma Shelley, his mother and his critics, "he didn't live there!"
• 1998: Allowed his named to be illegally faxed from a HUD office in Sacramento, California to illegally endorse Kevin V Ryan for a judicial seat, no. 8 in San Francisco County consolidated Court District. Throughout his political career, he has embraced and engaged in Crotch politics, the Log Cabin Club political termites, while claiming he was "straight." Because of his snits and tantrums, his critics in San Francisco's Castro District and other political cognoscenti derisively refer to him as "Sister Kevin."
  
  Shelley's political Karma has apparently caught up with him. Because he is known as a political coward and moral wimp, political cognoscenti think that after the November 2004 election, Kevin Shelley will be indicted. But Shelley will roll over, name names and cut a deal, because he doesn't want to be in a confinement situation where he is on his knees with chapped lips.
