Again the Livermore lab, the University of California at Berkeley's major defense industry connected lab is the focus of unending national security leaks, espionage and chronic mismanagement. The Livermore Lab is relevant to the Navy's nary sailor case because of the corrupt involvement of Mariam Motamed, a mysterious Iranian, who was working there.
In mid October of 1999, Mariam Motamed was chosen to be a member of the kangaroo court trial conducted by Judge Kevin V Ryan, District Attorney Terrance Hallinan and his assistant, John M. Farrell. Motamed was one of the odvious lesbians in the rigged show trial, in which Ryan, Hallinan and Farrell put the US Navy and the US Marines Corp. on trial as "homophobic.They also accused the Navy and Marines of committing a host of other politically and sexually incorrect violations against San Francico's homosexual and lesbian constituency.

She married Miriam Motamed and Roya, another Iranian lesbian. ]Teng is another corrupt San Francisco official also connected to Terrance Hallinan, Juan Pifarre, Art Agnos, Willie Brown and Kevin V. Ryan. She donated political campaign monies to all of this political flotsam.
On December 7, 1999, Judge Munson, one of the San Francisco judges in the Nary-Pifarre case, released the names of the rigged jurors that Hallinan and Ryan used to judicially sodomize the sailor.
Nary's investigator then discovered that Motamed lived in a house at 51 Manchester in San Francisco's Precita Park. In September 1975, Precita Park was the site of the capture the FBI captured Patricia Hearst, Bill and Emily Harris and others in the Precita Park-Manchester street area of San Francisco. These SLA MEMBERS were part of an urban terroist group self titled the Symbionese Liberation Army. Some of the same San Francisco political flotsam involved in the homosexual lynching of navy sailor Nary were and are still involved in the support of terrorists, their terrorism and their agendas.
This information about Mariam Motamed was given in a huge package to the San Francisco Office of the FBI, and the then acting US Attorney Siegal. That list of the other rigged jurors included J. Kelley Aasen, a member of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Instead of appointing this competent man as the new US Attorney, Senator Diane Feinstein and Angela Bradstreet as well as other political corruptors foisted Kevin V Ryan upon the Bush administration.
Despite the protests about Ryan's corruption and connection to San Francisco's male prostitutes and pornographers, some people in the vetting process concealed the documented and certified derogatory information. This cover up also occurred in the Bernard Kerik Homeland Security position nomination.
Although Bradstreet was involved as the beneficiary of the biggest known bribe in US Judicial history, and has certified documentation in the case presided over by then San Francisco Judge Kevin Ryan, Feinstein put Bradstreet, an aggressive British lesbian activist on the committee to select federal officers for the troubled ninth federal circuit.
No one knows what Mariam Motamed is currently doing or did at the Livermore Lab. But these national security issues involving her presence in the US and as a juror in the Hallinan-Farrell-Ryan kangarooing of Steven Nary remain unanswered:
1. How, when and why did this treacherous lesbian enter the US?
2. Why did Terrance Hallinan, John M. Farrell, Bruce Hotchkiss and Kevin V Ryan put this foreign lesbian activist on a kangaroo court jury, and then try to conceal her lesbianism in State vs. Nary US Navy, an argentine's homosexual predator case?
3. Why is this treacherous lesbian working at the Livermore Labs, a troubled US national Defense facility, which has more security leaks than a sieve!

Patrick Hallinan, his grandfather, was involved in the May 6, 1882 assassination of Lord Cavendish, a diplomatic emissary of British Prime Minister Gladstone dispatched from London to seek a solution to the Irish Problem. Cavendish supported home rule for Ireland, but the second day after his arrival in Ireland, the Invincibles assassinated him and his aide. Patrick Hallinan, was a member of this terrorist group; he fled to the US, and ended up in San Francisco. Lord Cavendish was the grandfather of another Cavendish, Charles Francis, who in 1932 married Adele Astaire, the sister of Fred Astaire.
The historical significance of this marriage also relates to parties in the Pifarre-Hallinan-Nary Navy case. Judge Isabella Grant Horton was the probate judge in the Juan Pifarre Probate case. Isabella is also the niece of Edward Everett Horton, who played the comic flop in the Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers films.
Hallinan's father, Vincent Hallinan was the American Communist Party's 1952 candidate for the US Presidency. Fortunately, the electorate soundly rejected him.
In 1960, Vincent Holloman was invited by the KGB and the Soviet Communist government to attend the trial of Francis Gary Powers, who was shot down in the U-2 spy plane. Hallinan reportedly tried to persuade Powers to confess and beg forgiveness from a benevolent mother Russia. Powers refused the offer.
On June 1, 1981, Seattle-based Filipino American labor activists Gene Viernes and Silme Domingo of Local 37 of the International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union are murdered near Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle. They were attempting to reform the union, which they thought was corrupt, and were calling for better working conditions in the canneries. These activists also agitated against the corrupt President Ferdinand Marcos and his cronies, who stole millions of US foreign Aid dollars that were intended to help the Filipino people.
Dr. Lenoid Malabad, a "bad doctor", was not only the longtime buddy of Marcos, but also his bagman and money launderer here in the US. Malabad supplied the hit money to the assassin, Tony Baruso who assassinated the Viernes and Domingo. Malabed's lawyer was none other than Patrick Hallinan, another grandson of Patrick. The civil part of this case was settled for an estimated eight to ten million dollars in damages etc.
Throughout his sordid public career, Terrance Hallinan has been involved in covering up other murders and attempted assassinations. During the Pifarre- Nary trial, Hallinan covered up Pifarre's involvement in the May 1st 1969 brutal murder of San Francisco Police Inspector Brodnik.
In 1988, when Hallinan was elected as a member of the San Francisco City & County Board of Supervisors, he refused to investigate the attempted assassination and other tenant rights violations of Raul Almacen and his fellow military veteran tenants, who lived in HUD subsidized housing. Despite repeated written protests to HUD against Antonio P. Garcia, a Filipino citizen and bogus Filipino diplomat, who ran the million dollars a year subsidized rental project, HUD in both Washington and San Francisco ignored the senior citizens.
Finally, to silence or intimidate the military veterans, their widows and survivors, Garcia finally imported Sammy Yu, a Chinese-Filipino hit man, who operated in Manila. But when the hit man failed to carry out his mission; he fled back to Manila before he could be arrested. Inexplicably no warrant was issued for his extradition back to the US to face these attempted political assassination charges.
Although Hallinan again sought military veterans and senior citizens votes, when he ran for San Francisco District Attorney, after his controversial election, he ignored many of these senior citizen and military veterans voters, who hands believed his promises and his lies.
In the 1999 illegal trial of Navy sailor Nary, Hallinan concealed Juan Pifarre's connection to Colonel Gilberto Osorio, the American Sandanista, who was involved in the 1985 assassination of four US Marines and Diplomats, who were off duty in a San Salvador, El Salvador café. Osorio has recently surfaced in San Francisco, where he claims he was born.
Osorio, like Juan Pifarre has received federal poverty funds for his 501c-3 groups that does little or nothing for the community that he claims to serve.
*Other than Mabel Teng in her bright orange wedding colors, the other wedding people in the photo are unidentified. There were over 3,000 gay-lesbian weddings and members of the wedding involved.
Interestingly Ronald George, California's state Supreme Court justice was twice involved in the cover up of the violations in the Nary Navy case. On August 13,2004, a Friday, the California State Supreme Court invalidated Mabel and Gavin's gay-lesbian marriage farce.
No one knows the current status of Miriam Motamed and Roya, her Iranian lesbian partner.
