Among the many censored scandals in the Mayor
Willie L Brown mal-administration of San Francisco City and County,
is the real estate racket that the US Department of Housing and Urban
Development's affordable, AIDS/HIV and homeless multi-billion dollar
program has become in graft-encrusted San Francisco.
Among the choicest Federal real estate that Willie Brown, Art Agnos
and other corrupt California politicians are involved in, is the disposition
and occupancy of Federal and State military property.
Illustrated in this surveillance photo is just one of the many expensive
cars, a new BMW, that the new occupants of Treasure Island's housing
apparently own and drive.
The new occupants of Treasure Island has immense economic relevance
to the American taxpayer and citizen, who have borne the multi-billion
dollar defense expenditures that include housing on military bases.
According to ethical and competent retired military personnel, who
lived on various military bases around the US, that housing did not
have utility meters for water, gas and electricity.
Furthermore When David Fowler and other electrical engineers and federal
consultants worked on Treasure Island, after the Navy had abandoned
the base under the Base realignment Act, Fowler discovered the lack
of any power and utility boxes on Treasure Island.
This question is now relevant: Since the new occupants don't power
their appliances and heat with Honda portable generators,
(a) How are these occupants obtaining their gas, electric and water?
(b) If, as creditably suspected, these new occupants do have and use
water, gas and electric.
WHO IS PAYING FOR THESE UTILITIES? THE SAN FRANCISCO TAXPAYER, PROPERTY
OWNER AND/OR TENANT?
