State of California vs. Nary US Navy was not only a corrupt San Francisco criminal case but also "weak one."

Terrance Hallinan and his Coterie of Homosexual Anti- Don't Ask, Don't Tell at will employees, foisted this case on California's taxpayers. Media Morons, Dennis Opatrny, Elizabeth Fernandez, Kathy Szymanski*, Alec McDonald, Philip Bronstein, Johnny Brannon and others in San Francisco's media also played their part in the judicial sodomy of this hapless sailor, who defended himself against AIDS infected and unwanted rape.

Hallinan and his fellow homophiles, Polk street prancers* and homosexuals in the public trough, have cost taxpayers an estimated five million dollars in time and money in this eight year old cover up case.

In August of 2004, Nary's legal liaison learned that Captain Vincent Averna was the Judge Advocate General at Guantanumo Navy Base, who reviewed the case depicted in the famous movie "A Few Good Men." Captain Averna also served as the weapons officer on the USS Sullivan, one of the most famous ships in the US Navy.

Captain Vincent Averna. When the captain became involved in the case as an experienced Navy JAG and consultant, Captain Averna advised Nary's civilian legal liaison and investigator on The mandatory Navy regulations, 32 Code of Federal Regulations.

Hallinan, Cling, Farrell and Ryan violated these regulations and proper procedures, which cover the illegalities and fraud perpetrated upon Nary. -So far--with impunity.

The captain petitioned Navy Admirals such as Vice Admiral John Ryan-no relation to the Canadian Ryan; Bill O' Reilly, Russ Limbaugh, US Senator George Allen of Virginia, the American Bar Association, where he is a member, the San Jose Mercury newspaper etc. All of these entities ignored the violations and the homosexual corruption involved in San Francisco kangaroo court case, which was never upheld by any FEDERAL COURT!

Captain Averna was one of the Few Good Men and determined Women, who have pursued justice for the sailor in this case. The captain has repeatedly asked: "Where is the outrage?" Among the other ethical, competent and concerned individuals were:

• Al Santoli, the former aide to US Representative Dana Rhorabacher: Santoli referred these violations to the FBI's Congressional liaison Charles Barry Smith. Smith referred the case to the San Francisco Office of the FBI. But the case was deep sixed in San Francisco Bay.
• Reed Irvine, the late founder of Accuracy in Media; this ethical organization printed the first expose of the case: " Jailed because he defended himself against Male Rape)"
• Joe Goulden: author and executive of Accuracy in Media
• Nate Ratner, who was the advocate responsible for getting Bill Lockyer, his first job in California's state government. Lockyer is currently the California State Attorney General. Although properly and timely served, he has never filed in legal brief or any response in federal court to defend Hallinan, Ryan,Dondero, Cling and Farrell's fraud, misconduct, rigging a jury, concocting false evidence and concealing Pifarre's previous homosexual stalking, AIDS, illegal alien status and connection to terrorism against American diplomats and military personnel serving in South America.
• Navy Commander Holly Adams, now retired, also consulted on this case.
• Dr. Philip & Mrs. Jeanette Dreisbach, who have independently investigated the abuse by Hallinan, Farrell, Cling, Hennesey and Ryan in this case. George G Walker also ripped off the Dreisbachs, a notorious radical left attorney---Black Panther and PLO connections-who ripped off two full payments of $5,000 then $30,000 from the Dreisbachs, who loaned the money to Steven Nary.

  Walker has at least three other fee fraud cases filed against him; none of the others are related to the Nary case. Walker is also a longtime buddy of Hallinan, Judge Bouilane and her lover, Angela Bradstreet.

  Dr. Dreisbach is from the famous Pennsylvania family; he also served in the US Air Force.

• Gary Exelby, another former US Air Force veteran has written several columns exposing Ryan and Hallinan's corruption and defiance of federal law applicable in this case.
• Paul Likodias: author of the "AM Church Comes out," an expose on pedophilia In the Roman Catholic Church-some of the same pro pedophiles in his expose are connected to parties in the Pifarre-Hallinan-Nary case. Likodias is also an editor of THE WANDERER, the oldest Roman Catholic publication in North America. He also wrote several exposes on this case.
• Maria Elena Kennedy also investigated this case and wrote an expose; she is A columnist for the SAN FRANCISCO FAITH, a conservative Roman Catholic publication. Maria also contacted the California Commission on Judicial Performance and Mrs. Stephen Reinhardt/ Ramona Ripston, the wife of federal appellate Judge Stephen Reinhardt. Ramona refused to respond, even though she was and remains a member of that controversial do nothing commission.

  Maria also contacted Jo Graves, the attorney, designated in Bill Lockyer's office to handle the case; but Jo Graves refused to respond.

• Chuck Vinch, an editor at the old STARS & STRIPES also published two exposes on this case. During their kangaroo court proceeding, Kevin V Ryan, Terrance Hallinan and John M. Farrell all put the US Navy, the US Marines Corps and Stars & Stripes on trial as "homophobic."
• Evan White also tried to break the scandal, he sent a TV crew over to the 9th federal circuits courthouse to cover the filing of Nary's removal of the illegal case to the proper jurisdiction of the federal court; but someone at KRON spiked the news story. Evan White was the news director at KRON TV, the NBC affiliate in San Francisco.
• Artie Funair was Nary's high school basketball coach. During World War two, Funair was a US Marines Warrant Officer. At Ryan's kangaroo court trial, Funair witnessed the judicial sodomy of the sailor. Funair filed a written sworn complaint at the California Commission on Judicial Performance against Judge Ryan. But Ramona Ripston and her fellow commissioners covered up the complaints. T. Philips, an attorney, who was in the audience and also witnessed the judicial sodomy, also filed similar complaints with the commission. But he too was ignored.

In April of 1996, a few weeks after Nary was illegally imprisoned, Conservatives, who were appalled that the antics of Hallinan, Huberman and Friday, warned "this sailor is going to be railroaded, it's all planned and they are bragging about it in the gay bars." These conservatives are gay in their private life, and do not wear their sexual preference on their sleeves, nor engage in crotch politics. This information was also given in writing to the FBI's San Francisco office but nothing happened to protect the rights of the US Navy sailor.

Some of the other volunteers in this case can't be identified because of the sensitivity of their positions and their connections.

A Few Bad Men and Women in this Case

• Kathy Symanski, wrote her trashy articles in the Bay Reporter, a San Francisco Male Prostitution newspaper, that runs over 150 male prostitution ads every week. 'Kathy has since been transgendered into "Zak Symanski" ] Johnny Brannon wrote his libelous articles entitled "Gay Tryst" for the San Francisco Independent, a pro Hallinan and pro homosexual newspaper then owned by Ted Fang. When his paper was in financial trouble, Fang mysteriously received a million dollars from HUD's Community Development Fund. Brannon apparently fled San Francisco; he was located in Honolulu Hawaii, working at a Gannett owned newspaper. They were informed in print about his libeling of the sailor.
• A Polk Street Prancer" is the definition for Hallinan's at will employees, Wayne Friday and Jon Ron Huberman. These aging pedophiles have a reputation for pursuing young boys in the Polk Street District of San Francisco. According to complaints filed with the FBI, Wayne Friday is alleged to have extorted sex from attractive young males that he allegedly fancies. He is also alleged by concerned and ethical gays, to have extorted money from gay bars and a national brewery: Coors, the biggest brewery in the US, is a name that keeps surfacing in the alleged extortion. A conservative, who is privately gay tried to inform the San Francisco office of the FBI about the extortion but apparently none was done.

  A few years ago, during the Christmas season, Huberman reportedly picked up a young boy on Polk Street, ostensibly planning to" stuff him." Instead, the boy ripped off Huberman's possessions, and stuffed them into a sack; The boy then fled California.

  Huberman allegedly used the resources of the San Francisco District Attorney's Office to pursue the boy, and try to recover his stolen possessions. It isn't known whether or not he got anything back or a communicable disease. No one knows, what, if anything the feds are going to do about Friday and Huberman's antics.

• John M Farrell: It is not known whether or not John M Farrell is a homosexual but during the sodomy of the sailor, Farrell displayed extraordinary knowledge about gay lifestyle, bars and bathhouses in Palm Springs's gay Mecca. Because he displayed that knowledge, his critics dubbed him "Bathhouse John!" Farrell now operates out of 101 California in San Francisco. Larson-King, the law firm that employs Farrell is headquartered in Miami and Minneapolis.

  Farrell attended the University of Chicago Law School, when James C. Hormel was associate dean of students there. Hormel's bribe of Judge Ann Bouilane is filed In the documented filings in Nary's case. That bribe has never been repudiated.

• '101 California' is the office building where the biggest slaughter of attorneys occurred ten years ago.
• Petit & Martin was the law firm that was decimated by a disgruntled client, Mr. Ferri, who sought a HUD contact to build a retirement home in Pleasanton, California. Petit & Martin took all his money but apparently couldn't perform on their contract. Petit & Martin was a law firm that was also involved in other Controversial HUD projects; they were on Gordon Chin's corporate board for the Chinese Community Development Corporation. Both Juan Pifarre and Gordon Chin received millions of HUD and other taxpayer funded dollars for their HUD projects. But were never audited and couldn't be.
• Peter Cling was the sleazy and dirty assistant district attorney, who forged the title 32 Delivery Agreement to lure sailor Nary off the USS Carl Vinson and out of its brig; Cling now operates at 870 Sanchez in San Francisco's Castro district.

  Recently, Peter Cling mysteriously received two HUD section 8 contracts Valued at over $4,000 a month for his slum properties in San Francisco's Mission District. How Cling qualified remains a state secret.

All of these revelations and exposes are important because according to former HUD undersecretary Catherine Austin Fitts, "an estimated 65 Billion dollars" can't be accounted for in HUD's programs and projects across the US.
