1866 Turk Street in San Francisco: Another San Francisco Redevelopment Agency fiasco

This "Government Property" at 1866 Turk Street depicts the premises after Mary Rodgers and her sons wrecked this dollar-a-month house. They had it, for $1 a month, for approximately 20 years. Since her eviction by the police, the building was renovated. Mary Rodgers is now a recently retired, long-time, Administrator for the San Francisco Housing Authority. Further note: the San Franicisco Redevelopment Agency also paid Rodgers' water bills - up to $500 per month.
