Since the expose of the abuse of the foreign detainees and suspected terrorists, who were and are in Abu Ngrahib Prison, Afghanistan and Guantanamo's Navy base Brig, the American and the world's media has had a field day reporting on the gory details of physical, mental and sexual abuse that was inflicted upon the detainees and suspected terrorists..

The American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and other professional advocacy groups such as the Center for Constitutional Rights, Veterans for Peace etc.around the world have skewered Donald Rumsfeld, the US Secretary of Defense, and the others involved in the abuse for his policies regarding these detainees and suspected terrorists.

Interestingly, many of these same advocacy groups have ignored the abuses that sodomite Sadam Hussein and other enemies of the US have inflicted on American military personnel that have been captured in the first Iraqi war. Or the abuses inflicted on those Americans who were abducted by terrorists and thugs in peace time.

Worst, despite publication, petitions and pleas from some retired military personnel-judge advocate generals as well as knowledgeable civilian advocates, no investigation or interest has been displayed by the ACLU, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch etc. regarding the treatment,and the abuse of the rights of American military personnel, who are detained or imprisoned for violations against civil law in both foreign and domestic (US) local jails and prisons.

According to one military judge advocate reporting statistic, in one year, an estimated 5,000 federal military personnel may have been arrested, detained and tried by military, foreign and domestic civil authorities and courts.

No one has answered this question: "Who watchdogs the human and due process rights of American military personnel in these detainee and prisoner situations? Who protects these military servicemen from any abuses of their rights?

It is an irrefutable historical fact that corrupt and contemptible civil authorities-policemen, sheriffs, district attorneys, judges and others have abused and even murdered military personnel, who have been accused of breaking some local laws in the locales and countries where these military personnel are stationed. While on liberty or leave, military personnel have been charged with offenses that have ranged from Assault, Battery, Car theft, homicide,Robbery, rape of females, homicide involving self defense from male rape, and sundry thuggery.

The US Congress finally recognized that military personnel are victimized by local civil authorities and are also victims of local prejudice's the Steve Nary case.. To deal with these irrefutable political facts of life, Congress legislated first, the Articles of War; then in 1950 congress legislated the Universal Code of Military Justice. Senator Estes Keufauver was the father of the UCMJ, he was also responsible for the RICO or Anti-Racketeering laws initially aimed at the Mafia. There are old news reels of Senator Kefauver and Arkansas's US Senator John McClellan chairing the US Senate's Racketeering Committee Hearings..

The Universal l Code of Military Justice is a comprehensive legal code that prosecutes as well as protects the human rights, conditions of confinement rights and due process rights of federal military personnel, who are in either the civilian jails or prisons or the brigs in military justice systems.

Further: Congress legislated Title 10 US Code subsection 813/814 as well as Title 32 Code of Federal Regulations subsection 700( US Navy's section of the Code). This mandatory federal legislation specifically lays down the proper procedure for local civil authorities to follow if they want to "arrest, detain and prosecute" military personnel, who are accused of violations against local and state laws.

As a young military recruit in the US Air Force,US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales was subject to Title 10 US Code and Title 32 Code of Federal Regulations subsection 884, the US Air Force's sections of the US Federal Military Code of Justice

In the covered up and obstruction of Justice case of navy sailor Steven Nary, local district attorney Hallinan, his homophilic employees, San Francisco's Gaylord local judges and San Francisco's corrupt Sheriff Michael Hennesey defied federal military law--among their other defiances of federal law--HUD--Public Housing & Community Development federal Block Grant regulations and statutes etc..

In other American locales, corrupt local cops, sheriffs, judges, district and county attorneys and others have also ignored or defied these federal statutes by violating the rights of federal military personnel, who were stationed in their areas. Federal military personnel,who were ethnic and religious minorities were particular target for corrupt local police and sheriffs as well as local goons, gangsters, sexual predators and thugs.

Colin Powell, no on military bases in America's south. And he wasn't the only federal military person.

One of the most blatant episodes of the abuse of federal military personnel By local civil authorities is documented in the 1955 film THE PHENIX CITY STORY

One scene in this film depicts the local prostitutes, who hustle a soldier.. Another scene depicts how the corrupt civilian officials and local police treated young army soldiers.

"During W.W.II, many of the 100,000 soldiers who were stationed at Ft. Benning visited the clubs, gambling halls, and houses of prostitution in Phenix City. They often got into trouble with the owners of these establishments."

"They would completely take advantage of these soldiers," says Margaret Anne Barnes, author of "The Tragedy and Triumph of Phenix City, Alabama." "They would get them drunk or get them to gamble and take all of a man's money, and if he objected about being ill-treated, then he was beat up and sometimes killed."

Because the corruption was so rampant in Phenix City Alabama, Time Magazine excoriated Phenix City as "the most corrupt city in America." Today, many political and media cognoscente excoriate San Francisco City and County as "the most corrupt city in America.

The American South is not and was not immune to homosexual predators; sexual predators have been depicted inbooks and movies, such as James Dickey's Deliverance--the 1972 film version starred Jon Voight and Ned Beatty. "Deliverance" is better known and remembered by moviegoers for the melodious music produced by the "Dueling Banjos" rather than the squeals of the sodomized 'Bobby'. In his first movie role, Ned Beatty depicted one of the victims of the sexual predator, who stalked heterosexual males on a weekend in rural Georgia.

'BRUBAKER', starring Robert Redford, Jane Alexander, David Keith, and Morgan Freeman was a 1980 film depiction of the notorious Tucker Farm Arkansas Prison. In that prison farm, brutal male rape, sexual torture--the tucker telephone--and abuse was accurately depicted. Thomas Merton, an ethical and competent penologist from California was brought in to reform the prison farm--Redford played Merton--but Merton was fired when he tried too much reform,and unearthed too many buried convict corpses. Then when Merton stepped on too manyArkansas penal administration toes, and into too many Arkansas political scandals involving politicians, political fixers and other public corrupter's, Arkansas's Governor Rockerfeller fired Merton..

In a little publicized federal case, a corrupt southern sheriff and the male members of his family raped and sexually abused detainees and prisoners, who had the misfortune to be detained or prisoners in that jail. The US Attorney for that federal district successfully prosecuted the male rapists, and a local jury convicted them

. So far, the US Justice Department hasn't prosecuted the perpetrators and cover up political officials in the sailor Steven Nary and Eugene Mondelli.San Francisco male rape victims cases. Mondelli was a young civilian, who was drugged, sodomized over a period of time by Dr. Dean Freeman, aka "Dr. Dean the Ripper,an medical employee of the City & County of San Francisco. When Dean the Ripper apparently tired of the sodomy, he brutally slashed Mondelli with an axe and knife.

Mondelli sued San Francisco for five million dollars but the settlement remains sealed as does the media censorship on that case.

Military veterans, who were victims of male rape, while serving in the US Armed Forces around the US and abroad, are coming in out of the shadows and the cold. But overall the media is afraid or reluctant to publicize this heinous crime and dare not print its name. However the media does print and publicize female military victims of rape.

Since 1970,there have been at least ten known brutal homicides of young male marines, among the victims was Arkansan Donny Crisel. Other victims included an Army National Guardsman as well as a US Navy dependent, who were stalked, lured, drugged, sexually abused, mutilated, and dismembered; then dumped along the freeways from southern California to the Canadian border. Had Steven Nary not fought back against Pifarre's violent homicidal rape the night of March 23, 1996, Nary might have been dead and dumped in a ditch along a California road.

There is no publicity or historical accounts of military servicemen, who may have been sexually abused and raped in the American south in such corrupt places as Phenix City. Or in Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi,Florida, Tennessee and the Carolinas, where there were and are federal military bases and facilities. Nevertheless, today, a growing number of the military's male rape victims, who are veterans now are seeking psychological and medical care from a reluctant Veterans Administration.

 

(Military personnel on liberty in San Francisco also encountered similar abuse according to Nate Ratner and others who lived in and witnessed the period when there were military bases-Alameda Naval Air Station, Treasure and Yreba Buena Island, Mare Island and Hunters Point Navy Base were still operating in the San Francisco Bay Area.) Navy and Marine personnel are particularily at risk from sexual predators, spycammers and pornographers during the US Navy's annual Fleet Week port visit to San Francisco.

In 1941, while the US was preparing for world war two, General George Patton was assigned to Fort Bennning Georgia, which is located across the river from Phenix City Alabama.

When the local public officials and purveyors of vice and prostitution abused Patton's soldiers, when they were on liberty, Patton warned the corrupt officials to stop abusing his soldiers. When Phenix City 's vice lords ignored the warning, Patton personally drove a tank through the "strip" of bars and cathouses across the river at Phenix City Alabama. The vice lords got the message.

There are no publicized historical records of any military male rape victims, who were stationed in Fort Benning Georgia, when Patton was the commandant there.

Also, Somehow missed by history, Phenix City Alabama in the 1950's was also the site of the most violent attacks against black and white Americans in US history by mobs of ignorant southerners.

In another episode of the 'Patton Treatment",when General Patton was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas, the white trash of Junction City's honky-tonk row abducted and threatened to kill one of his black noncommissioned officers. Patton ordered his calvary to mount, borrowed a cannon, and moved against that notorious town.

When the general threatened to level the area unless his soldier was released, the Kansas racists release the soldier.

If Steven Nary were a soldier in Patton's army and was abused by San Francisco County Sheriff Michael Hennesey, San Francisco District Attorney Terrance Hallinan, and corrupt San Francisco judges, what would General Patton have done to protect his soldier's rights?

Few Americans know that General George Patton was also a skilled sailor. As a young man, he sailed solo from California to Hawaii. In 1935, when posted as a Lieutenant Colonel to Hawaii, Patton also sailed his yatch to Honolulu.

An interesting historical question is: Would history and world war two been different had George Patton gone to the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, and been commissioned in the US Navy? Among Patton's contemporaries would have been Bill Bull Halsey,Chester Nimitiz, Mark Mitchner, Raymond Spruance,William Leahy and Ernest King, famous American navy admirals in their own right..

If Patton were Admiral Patton,and in command of the San Francisco/ Alameda Naval Air station base, when sailor Steven Nary was removed from a USS Navy ship,through the use of a fraudulent UCMJ title 32 720.6 military turnover document, forged by Terrance Hallinan's homosexual employees, what would Patton have done?

Further, if sailor Nary was abused in Phenix City fashion in San Francisco, would "Admiral Patton" aim a ship's battery on the 850 Bryant jail headquarters of the sheriff, if sailor Nary wasn't released from that illegal detention? Would Admiral Patton permit sailor Nary to be abused, denied medical care while there? Would Admiral Patton even tolerated one of his sailors to be detained and abused at the 850 Bryant jail for over three and a half years?

If the corrupt and contemptible San Francisco officials Terrance Hallinan,Michael Hennesey,Robert Dondero,Ann Bouilanne, Richard Kramer,Lenard Louie, Jack Berman,Ms. Lee Baxter and Kevin V Ryan--all who are involved in San Francisco's crotch politics--pulled their homophilic show and kangaroo court ttrial stunt during the US Navy's annual fleet week in San Francisco, what would Admiral George Patton have done to protect his sailors from corrupt officials and predatory homosexuals and goons in San Francisco?

The Life of Emile Zola subtittled " I accuse," Starring Paul Muni. This 1935 film omits the homosexual connections of the perpetrators, Esterhazy and County Von Schwartzkoppen. Esterhazy was a partner in a Paris whorehouse.

Coincidentally was the uncle of Michael Tilson Thomas, the openly admitted gay music director of the San Francisco Symphony, and a supporter of James C. Hormel, the briber of a Ann Bouilane, San Francisco corrupt judge in the Pifarre-Hallinan-Ryan-Farrell-Friday-Huberman--sailor Nary case.

"I ACCUSE" is a another more accurate film depiction, with a screenplay by Gore Vidal, who is 'sexually liberated.' But this 1958 film also omits the homosexual connections of the perpetrators, Esterhazy and Von Schwartzkoppen.. The late and loved Jose Ferrer, portrayed Captain Alfred Dreyfus.

In 1962, Jose Ferrer, portrayed a homosexual and sadistic Turkish officer in the epic David Lean production of LAWRENCE OF ARABIA.

Lawrence of Arabia is particularly relevant to the ongoing middle east conflicts involving British-American designs on the oil in the region. For Americans, who don't know or understand geopolitics and world history, this film accurately exposes British and French political manipulations during world war one,to control Iraq, Iran, Syria and Lebanon.

The conniving,duplicitous, double dealing, backstabbing diplomats used Thomas Edward Lawrence, a foolish idealist and Arab expert, who thought that by by creating an Arab state, he could deliver independence to the Bedouin tribes from the oppressive centuries of Turkey's Ottoman Empire domination.When Lawrence successfully won his desert guerilla war, the British Government jettisoned him.

Some ethical historians and geopoliticians think that the Anglo-French duplicity during that era through world war two into the Cold War, is one of the major causes of political unrest in that region of the world.

PRISONER OF HONOR (1991) is the most recent film history on the notorious Dreyfus Case. This version, one of at least eight film versions--three in the English language--accurately depicts the homosexual involvement of the perpetrators in one of the worst military -civilian miscarriages of justice in history.

The cast in this version of the Dreyfus case included Richard Dreyfuss, who is believed to be a distant relative of Alfred Dreyfus. Also the late Oliver Reed, Peter Firth, Lindsay Anderson, Jeremy Kemp and Brian Blessed rounded out this film, which included the facts about Esterhazy, the real traitor, who was involved with the German military attaché, a homosexual frequenter of a Parisian male whore house.

Both the Dreyfuss army and Nary Navy cases share many characteristics: military-civilian cover ups, forgery of military documents, false evidence, politically connected homosexuals, treason, treachery, anti-Semitism,extreme media bias,omissions, lies,libel,distortions, inhuman detention and nine years of illegal and abusive incarceration on Devils's Island French Guiana.
