Who Stripped this Navy Sailor of His Rights?

While The World's media focuses on abuses inflicted  by US Military and its contractors on susected terroists Abu Ghraib Prison, Afghanistan detention facilities, and the US Navy Brig at Guantanamo, no one is investigating the twelve years of abuse, fraud, politcal trial, habeas corpus, human and military rights violations of  US Navy sailor apprentice airman Steven R. Nary.

This now thirty year old sailor is to US corrupted local state and federal courts, what Captain Alfred Dreyfus was to the French Military and Civilian judicial system one hundred years ago. Both were railroaded and abused to protect  a man who was  politically connected  and judicially protected.

In the Dreyfus case, it was Count Esterhazy.  In the Nary case it was Juan Pifarre.

Both cases have a connection to Guyana.  After being railroaded by French military courts for a crime he didn't commit, Alfred  Dreyfus was sentenced to life imprisonment on French Guyana.

In San Francisco, there is also a military relic that is also connected to the Captain Alfred Dreyfus case. It's a French canon prototype; Dreyfuss was accused of selling the secret fabrication plans to the Germans. It's in San Francisco's Military Museum in the War Memorial Building.

Juan Pifarre was politically connected to some of the same California politicians, who were connected to Rev. Jim Jones, who fled to Guyana where he conned his followers into committing mass suicide.

Forty  years ago during the Viet Nam War was the last time a US Senator fullfilled his stattory obligation to respond to the petitions from federal military personnel, who claimed that their constitutional rights were violated. That US Senator was Charles E. Goodell (New York), a US Navy veteran himself.

Above: Sen. Charles E. Goodell

Senator Goodell investigated the abuses of the Presidio (US 6th Army Headquaters) non-com soldiers, who were protesting the Viet Nam War.  One non-com draftee was killed during the "Mutiny."

This case, dubbed the "Presidio Mutiny," enhanced the political aspirations of Terrance Hallinan who was the civilian defense attorny in the case.  Brendan Sullivan, then an Army JAG, was the military defense attorney in the case.  After he left the US Army, Sullivan became a high priced, and high profile, D.C. lawyer who defended such clients as Col. Ollie North.

Despite print and electronic media from competent and ethical media people who were military veterans themselves, such as Gary Exelby (USAF), Dr. Philip Dreisbach,(USAF), Ken Thomsen,(US Navy), Raul Vincente Almacen (US Army legal officer), Captain Vincent Averna (US Navy Jag), and other military veterans and veterans advocates, no US Senator or US Representive has courageously called for a full investigation of the biggest cover-up of a railoroaded soldier/sailor since the Captain Alfred Dreyfus case.
