In the Last few years, the NYPD has been sucessfully slammed with lawsuits by citizens, who have been detained, and arrested then brutally sodomized.
In 1997, Justin Volpe, Charles Schwartz, Thomas Wiese and Thomas Bruder, were New York Police officers, who were involved in a brutal sexual assault inflicted upon Abner Louima, a black immigrant from Hati, who was hetrosexual and legally in the US.
L:ouima was arrested for "resisting arrest and resting government administration..."While in the initial NYPD custody, and in their cop car, the cops brutally beat Louima with their nightsticks, police radios and fists. At the police station, Louima was stripped searched, then one cop brutally grabbed his testicals, another brutally shoved a police baton up his rectum and brutally shoved that baton in Louima's mouth and broke his teeth
When Louima was brought to hospital, the brutal cops tried to cover up their rape by claiming that "Louima had been engaged in homosexual acts....." Louima sustained rectal and colon major injuries that were inflicted by the corrupt cops. However, hospital medical personnel saw through the cops's ruse and coverup: a nurse contacted police oversight authoritiesEventualliy, the brutal NYPD cops- were indicted, tried and convicted on a variety of civil and criminal violations.
All these cops were sent to prison. Cops who are convicted and sent to prison are in the same catagory as imprisoned child molesters. It is not known whether the imprisoned cops were in protective custody or in an OZ general population status
Abner Louima eventually received huge settlements as compensation for the abuse inflictied "under the color of title of authority" by these corrupt cops.
In December 2008, the NYPD was again exposed in another homosexual type sodomy cases involving Michael Mineo.This victim was also brutally sodomized by corrupt New York cops, who claimed that Mineo was a homosexual. It isn't known whether or not Michael is related to Sal Mineo( 1-10-1939-2-12-1976), the late actor, who was brutally murdered in an alley. Sal Mineo is a gay movie icon
Recently, NYPD recruitment at homosexual street fairs has been publicized according to this photo (above) of a NYPD recruitment depicting a leather S&M exhibitionist. Is police recruitment of S & M and other homosexual--lesbians related to the increase in homosexual assaults on detainees and civilians who are arrested?
Police recruitment practices around the US have spanned from street fairs, colleges, ex military to public toliets. When the Dallas Police Department was looking for recruits, the Dallas Texas police department posted ads in a men's(piublic toliet) room, and they offered a $10,000 signing bonus
Critics and cynics commented: "What did the Dallas PD do about glory holes?"
There has been little publicity regarding these controversial and questionable recruitment practices.
In the Oakland California Bay Area Rapid Transit Police case that is an incendiary issue in the national media, a long overdue issue is and has been:
- How are transit police recruited? Where do transit police do their recruiting? And from what source?
- What is the extent of their training?
- Are they given and required to take and pass refresher courses involving handling of guns, tasers and force?
- Are these transit police supposed to act in concert/synchronization to restrain and control a detainee(s) and people that they arrest?
- Do transit police Departments discipline and fire incompetent police transit officers?
- How many other transit police controversial cases are out there but censored and suppressed?
Note: In a recent Chicago Subway Transit police murder case, a white policeman not in uniform apparently panicked and shot an innocent black youth in a CTA/ Chicago Transit Authority subway station.. Unfortunately for the transit cop, the tragedy was captured on the subway's station closed circuit tv (more later)
The lesbian campus police officer's abuse of a hetrosexual legal immigrant college student and his lawyer father. That federal court case was censored and suppressed in San Francisco's moronic media (more later)
