The mysterious death of political activist Dr. Daniel Kliman occurred in a building located in downtown San Francisco: 55 New Montgomery. Dr. Kliman's untimely death, at the bottom of an elevator shaft, again featured 55 New Montgomery as one of the infamous San Francisco sites connected to controversial public figures, their policies, and voter fraud.
Prior to Dr. Daniel Kliman's death at 55 New Montgomery, Bernard L. Segal, an attorney and law professor, had an office on the second floor. However, politicians and political consultants involved in San Francisco's rampant voter fraud operation had "Segal" fraudulently living and voting out of his office in an office building. This is illegal and voter fraud. Segal vehemently denied living and voting at the 55 New Montgomery--as illustrated in this Veritas USA! 1995 article on the voter fraud case:

Robert Barnes, one of the late and unlameted homosexual political consultants, was caught in conversation with Carole Migden, who was then chair of the San Francisco Democratic Party Central Committee. Barnes was overheard saying, "We Have plans...."
