in Late 20th Century San Francisco
How a voter rose from the dead at a Sonoma County Cemetery, came to San Francisco, walked into a polling station in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury, wrote his name on the register, and then voted!
On April 1,1982, Cecil E. Bullock died in San Francisco from methadone poisoning. See his death certificate (below). Bullock's cremated remains were laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Cemetary in Sebastopol (Sonoma County, California).
Oh,but not for long.
On Sept 19,1991 "Bullock" rose or was resurrected from his Sebastopol urn. He traveled 50 miles to San Francisco where he registered to vote using the address 213 Ashbury Street in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury district.

Parenthetically, a block from Bullock's bogus San Francisco address, in the 1950 block of Hayes Street, sits the official San Francisco abode of Democratic Central Committee chair, Carole Migden. Ms. Migden herself used the phone number of her San Francisco City Hall office as "her home phone." In actuality Ms. Carole Migden lived in Alameda County, at 284 Fairview in Berkeley with her lover, Christina Arguedas, a criminal lawyer.
While long dead, Bullock's registration was traced to the office and telephone number (415) 626-1161 of the San Francisco City & County Democratic Central Committee, headed by lesbian activist Carole Migden, its chairperson and Robert Barnes, her voter fraud consultant. Barnes died of AIDS. We do not know if he too had only a temporary place of rest like Bullock.
Not content to let the dead rest in peace, San Francisco's political necrophiliacs resurrected Cecil E. Bullock again on November 8th. On that day Bullock's corpse ashes must have staggered into a Haight Ashbury polling place, signed his name, and then voted.
No one knows where Bullock "resides" now or where his remains will vote next. It took three days for Jesus Christ himself to rise from the dead--and he also had to roll back a big stone. It appears that the Democratic party's political necrophiliacs must have faithhealers and miracle workers on the public payroll.
This Bullock vote fraud documentation case is only one of many "resurrections" by the Democratic Central Committee's political necrophiliacs.
The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce reportedly called San Francisco's Voter Registrar and claimed that "VERITAS USA! was wildly exaggerating the vote fraud accusations....." Political Cognoscente know that the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce was infiltrated by the Alinsky and ACORN operatives long ago. Also, some of the major players are homosexual political activists.
The significance of this long ongoing vote fraud is that Californians have been saddled with the lavender left's homosexual, lesbian, and NAMBLA activists. These political flotsam have used voter fraud to elect a drag queen, an alleged pedophile, and a black protestant politician preacher, who has a quarter of a million dollars in civil judgments for pedophilia assaults at his church.
These public corruptors are not only officials in San Francisco, but in the California State Legislature as well.
