CONTROVERSIAL HOMOSEXUAL ACTIVIST SAN FRANCISCO JUDGE IN THE CASTRO STREETS PROTEST AGAINST

“The San Francisco and California Attitude:” If they don’t like a law, especially a federal law or regulation, they ignore it; If they can’t ignore a law especially a federal law or regulation, they defy it.

On the night of Friday, November 7th 2008, there was a protest by the lavender left in San Francisco. They protested against the majority of California voters in the second statewide vote on the controversial issue of homosexual-lesbian marriage. Supporters of Proposition 8 had won - as they had similarly done in 2000.

At that Friday night protest, San Francisco County Judge Kevin McCarthy was photographed waving this sign.  The Asian male beside him was described as “his husband.”  David Bui, McCarthy’s” husband,” reportedly is a plastic surgeon specializing in “eye surgery.”

At issue is Kevin McCarthy, a California judge, involving himself in any political protests.

Richard Kramer, who is from Massachusetts, was another San Francisco County Judge who involved himself in the homosexual-lesbian marriage controversy.

Kramer was also one of the other controversial judges in the judicial rape of Navy sailor Steven Nary. Nary defended himself against rape by a known homosexual. In the process Nary killed his assailant. Ironically, had he not defended himself he'd be walking free right now.

California’s state court judges are paid $171,648 annually plus benefits, more than US Supreme Court and Federal Judges.  The public expectation is that these state court judges are supposed to remove themselves from any political activity and protests.

Before Kevin McCarthy became a San Francisco Judge, he was a homosexual political activist.  He was the first homosexual activist to run against a heterosexual judge, Douglas Moore.  McCarthy unseated Judge Moore, who was a republican but not a political activist.

In California, the San Francisco County Judge corruption scandal is known as” Gaylord.”  This is a takeoff on the Cook County Illinois judge and lawyer corruption scandal, which the FBI dubbed “Greylord.”

Among the other controversies and scandals enmeshing some of these San Francisco county judges are:

Ø      US Navy sailor Steven R. Nary case--Defying black letter federal law and authority, US Code title 10, Subsection 814,  of Book 32 Code of Federal Regulations Navy subsection 720.6. The foregoing refers to the primacy of Federal authority over federal military personnel accused of crimes against local civilians.

Ø      Three and half years of homosexual political-motivated abuse of U.S. Navy sailor Steven Nary

Ø      Putting the US Navy and US Marines on trial   Gay Pride Month June 1999. Trial held October 1999.

Ø      Permitting court room demonstrations and open lobbying of juries by lesbian activists.

Ø      Altering court transcripts, fabricating evidence, suppressing other exculpatory evidence, using courtroom personnel for political activity, and trying to intimidate critics of the SF judiciary.

Ø      District Attorney Terrance Hallinan corruption

Ø      Political campaign payments to Judges hearing criminal defendants' cases by both defense lawyers and prosecutors.

Ø      Inviting courtroom audiences and the media covering the Nary kangaroo court trial to lunch with the jurors. The judge paid for the meal.

Ø   Politicking California’s legal community to cut off support to charitable organizations that support the American Boy Scouts.

David Fowler, the late federal consultant, was the first one to identify judicial corruption in San Francisco City and County.   Despite the judicial and lawyer corruption, unlike the other 49 counties in California, no San Francisco Judges have been removed from the bench or prosecuted for bribery and malfeasance. This is on or off the bench.

Public Policy Question:

Ø      Should state court judges be restricted to no more than 20 years on the bench?

Ø      Should State court judges be a minimum age of 40 before they can be appointed to the bench?

Ø      Should State court judges be required to prove their U.S. citizenship before being appointed?
