The Bermuda born developer, S. Osborn Erickson, has projects before the San Francisco Planning Department.
Since 1981, in San Francisco, personal condo acquisition investment appears to be the vehicle for public officials, corrupt media operatives, government paid and/or government employee connected investors who want condos.
Developers and San Francisco city officials have given condo deals to Chris Daly, a controversial City Supervisor, along with Peter Albert--Pedro Arce a/k/a Pellacer as well as Susana Montana. These latter two were City employees at the time of their respective condo acuisitions.
Julian Fitzhugh was the deputy director of H.U.D. (US Department of Housing and Urban Development). Not content with one condo, he acquired three condos. Two were in San Francisco and another was in Contra Costa County.
Here is another condo story: Illustrated below are the documents that VERITAS USA! published in an expose involving Carol Roos, aka a "City Planner with dirty hands."
While decent, ethical and competent local, state and federal public employees can't afford to live in San Franciso, corrupt public employees such as Carol Roos facilitates these deals so she can live in San Francisco. According to the concealed documentation, Roos' condo in the pricey Pacific Heights district of San Francisco was removed from "affordable housing stock." Now "1950 Gough Street" condos are appraised at over a million dollars.
