Terrance Hallinan's History with the U.S. Military and His Connections

Steven NaryAfter Steven Nary was illegally incarcerated, it was later discovered that Hallinan had had a long documented history of problems, conflicts, and clashes with the U.S. Military.

As a teenager living in Marin County, California he reportedly beat up three U.S. Coastguardsmen and stole their beer supply.

During the 1950s Terrance Hallinan was rejected in the U.S. Army draft because he was reportedly emotionally unstable.

In 1968 Hallinan was the lead civil lawyer in the notorious Presidio Sixth U.S. Army court martial of some young army draftees who didn't want to go to Vietnam. Hallinan's violations of national security included entering the Presidio Army Base disguised as a Catholic priest. Hallian also entered a U.S. Army bus that was transporting an Army soldier to an air base where he was to be flown to Vietnam. Hallinan fought with the military police while trying to remove that soldier from the military bus.

1968: Instead of suing on behalf of the US Army soldiers he purportedly represented Hallinan sued on his own behalf, in the Ninth Circuit court. He sued the (then) Secretary of Defense Clark Clifford, General Larson, and Captain Lamont (both 6th U.S. Army officers) in a Federal habeas corpus case. Unfortunately for Hallinan, Hallinan was not only never in the U.S. Army, but he was also not a prisoner in the Presidio's Stockade. Judge Alexander Zirpoli dismissed the case and told Hallinan to refile in the name of the soldiers in the correct stockade. At that time Army judge advocates assailed Hallinan's total disregard for federal, military, and civil law. Among's Hallinan's co-attorneys were Captain Brendan Sullivan (who later defended Ollie North), and Paul Halvonik ( of the ACLU).

By March 1996, Hallinan managed to get himself elected San Francisco's District Attorney. In that capacity he again circumvented and disregarded federal, military, civil law, and the Universal Code of Military Justice in the Steven Nary (a U.S. Navy Sailor) case. He again illegally removed a member of the Federal military from the custody of the military services and illegally prosecuted a U.S. Navy sailor.

Hallinan's Connections:

Hallinan is connected to James C. Hormel, who paid off Bouilane's $807.000 mortgage, and was also connected to Juan Jorge Pifarre, the illegal alien from Argentina, who stalked and raped the then 18-year-old sailor.

And the media coverup continues . . .
