Free U.S. Sailor Steven R. Nary

On March 23, 1996, 53 year-old Juan Pifarre (a closeted homosexual) entered a youth disco where he stalked a naive18 year-old Steven Nary.

Pifarre lured the young sailor to his home with promises of heterosexual partying. It turned out to be a setup to get Nary alone and in his grasp.

When Pifarre drove Nary to his home, in a remote area of San Francisco, Pifarre told Nary that his wife was away for the weekend. Pifarre promised he'd call some young girls, and then they'd party with the women. It was later disclosed that Pifarre's immigration-bogus wife had never lived there, and that Pifarre had faked the evening's "booty call".

Pifarre coerced the drunk Nary into oral sex. Pifarre stuffed $40 into Nary's shirt pocket. (Note: Nary never asked Pifarre for any money.) Groggy, Nary then fell asleep. While Nary was sleeping, Pifarre forcefully anally penetrated Nary. In pain, Nary woke up frightened. Fearing AIDS and morally repulsed, Nary resisted.

A fight ensued.

Pifarre used a shower rod to break Nary's hand. The death scene was bloody as Nary then grabbed the same shower rod with his other, unbroken, hand to ward off Pifarre's nonstop aggressive advances. With one hand disabled, Nary choked the cocaine-crazed Pifarre unconscious -- in order to get him to stop. When could finally leave Pifarre's apartment, Nary believed Pifarre was alive. (Note: Pifarre's downstairs neighbors reported hearing the fight, but because they'd heard the same type sounds before from Pifarre's apartment, the neighbors did not call the police that particular night.)

Pifarre's autopsy report disclosed the causes of Pifarre's death as strangulation, cocaine, and a pre-existing heart condition.

		What Happened Afterward
		After the fight, Steven Nary returned to his ship, the USS Carl Vinson. He was confused and recovering from the assault. He contacted his chaplain and the San Francisco Police to report the incident and to inquire into Pifarre's condition. Lt. Susan Kazmer, the Navy investigative agent on board Nary's ship, ordered Nary into armed, guarded confinement. At midnight on March 28th, Nary was interrogated without legal counsel present. In cases such as this, which involve a superior questioning a subordinate, legal counsel is mandatory. In the military, a subordinate must respond to a superior officer's questions. That is why the military require a lawyer or a J.A.G. to be present to protect a subordinate from self-incrimination. Without the Secretary of the Navy's obligatory written permission, Lt. Susan Kazmer illegally released prisoner Nary to the San Francisco Police. In doing this, Kazmer herself committed a court-martial offense. Since then, the Navy officers involved have been covering up their dereliction of duty. Nary should have been either court-martialed or tried in U.S. District Court. Instead he was illegally tried in the local San Francisco courts and found guilty in a rigged trial. Nary continues to appeal his case... Sailor Steven Nary has fully complied with the September 25, 2000 order of US Court of Appeals 9th Federal Circuit Judge Ferdinand Fernandez to "exhaust state court remedies." None of the respondents and/or defendants (Hallinan, Ryan. San Francisco Sheriff Michael Hennesey, the California State Attorney General, or the Governor of California) have ever defended the illegal acts, destruction of exculpatory evidence, use of false evidence, jury tampering etc. of Hallinan, Ryan, Bouilane and other local judicial sodomites. In their September 25, 2000 memorandum order, Federal Appellate Court Judges, Fernandez, Wallace, and McKeowan did not uphold the illegal 16 years to life sentence imposed by the (then) San Francisco Judge Kevin Vincent Ryan. Fernandez, a Federal Appellate Court judge, is one of the judges involved in the 2003 "pledge of Allegiance" controversy. Goodwin, the other Federal Appellate Court judge involved in the earlier Federal part of the Nary case, is one of the senile judges, who by ignoring clearly stated federal supremacy over federal military personnel and embracing the current anti-military and pro-homosexual agenda infecting the local federal courts in San Francisco, also judicially sodomized sailor Nary by refusing him justified relief.
